Rich, that is one heck of a string! And, it could settle in more and get BETTER!

Thanks guys... I had one other rifle do similar numbers : Dominator HPA .22 cal.  Average 938 FPS  ES. 3.4 and SD. 1.3  shooting 15.89 GR JSB's. Roald Van Antwerpen built it for me in 2010.

My stock .177 DAR was giving me 5 + FPS ES with JSB 13.xx gr. pellets, then I ran a string of NSA 12.5 gr. slugs and got 3.5 FPS ES. not touching anything on mine , not just yet anyway.

I've just run the JSB's thru (14.3, 18.1, 15.9 etc) Later I may try some slugs but where I hunt wind is very predicable and that is my view of slugs...beating the wind. If wind was to be forecasted, I would take my Marauder .25 cal.

Id like to try some of Nick's 17 grain slugs in mine. I need to slug the barrel first though.

Rich I got right about the same numbers shooting  crosman hollow point 14.3 g  ...at 50 yards I have put 3 in the same hole ... I never had a gun shoot those that accurate ... and I have not adjusted hammer spring or reg ... I bought 12 tins of those crosman walmart 6 bucks and change makes for cheap accurate fun shooting ...

NOE 217-20-RF Hunter mold pellets  work really well ....  I am waiting for the  NOE 218-25-RF -D6 slug mold to come back in stock that one looks promising weight  shape wise it may need to be sized to 217 but testing will tell .... https://noebulletmolds.com/site/product-category/224/218-25-rf-d6/

I tried the CHP's when I seen your post awhile back. They shot great but I need to test them out to 50 yards...only 26 yards so far.

RE Avenger: I have the .22 and so far so good...Average 937.4 FPS  ES 13.39  SD 7.21  using 15.9 GR. Regulator set at 2500 psi. Already zeroed at 50 yards.
