In a two-stage compressor, where is the most condensate? After the first stage, or the second stage? My YH has the coalescent filter between the two and appears to bleed more than from the high side.

I guess it depends on the relative compression ratios of the two stages, but in terms of volume of water, the earlier you remove it, the more volume of water you need to deal with.... I have a ShoeBox that runs off my shop compressor at 125 psi, and the most water accumulates in the shop compressor tank.... I have a second 2 gallon tank that the air expands into after travelling through 25' of coiled hose and a moisture/oil trap, and then a dessicant filter between that and the ShoeBox.... I hardly ever get any water in the intermediate tank, but the dessicant filter removes enough to change colour over time.... At the output, I still get a bit of water, but realistically only a few drops.... Whatever you do, unless you use a HP filter on the output, you will always end up with 100% RH in your tank right after filling.... However, once the pressure drops, the RH drops as well, and you will fill your gun (at a lower pressure) with air at less than 100% RH....
