This one is rare enough:

But, then there's THIS:
https://www.ebay.com/itm/Crosman-75th-Anniversary-22-Air-Rifle-MAGNUM-2200-NEW-IN-BOX-w-EXTRA-STUFF/324392857144?ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT&_trksid=p2060353.m1431.l2649 (https://www.ebay.com/itm/Crosman-75th-Anniversary-22-Air-Rifle-MAGNUM-2200-NEW-IN-BOX-w-EXTRA-STUFF/324392857144?ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT&_trksid=p2060353.m1431.l2649)
Currently $310.00 with 9+ days to go. Maybe wind up over a grand ??
I would love to have them, but I fear I'd need to take a loan to get them.

Beautiful rifles! I wish I could afford the 75th one. Wood stocks too, oh yeah!!! But, at least I have these Crosman's to keep me busy...

What a wonderful collection!
I wonder where the seller gets them?
Nice find, Ron sir ;D
-
Actually, the 2200 (2275) has popped up before......as well as others.
Dennis Baker sold one for $300.00......
A web search for Crosman 75th Anniversary turns up this one and others.......not as rare as I had previously thought....but still NICE !!
There is another ebayer who inherited a bunch of high end airguns from his father.
His dad purchased them then just put them away in their boxes.
i acquired a 2200W and 2100W from him in their boxes.
-
WOW... That seller has some nice ones.
A couple had I seen during my searches but didn't realize they were from the same seller.

Can anyone else see what bothers me?

If you're referring to the Williams rear sight, according to my Blue Book, its standard on that version of the 2200.

No it’s the C word Coleman
-
The 2275 was manufactured in 1998....Crosman's 75th year.
Well after the end of production for the 2200.
Second generation 2200s were marked Coleman as well: https://www.ebay.com/itm/Vintage-Crossman-2200-Magnum-22-cal-Air-Rifle-For-Parts-Fairport-NY/274588052788?hash=item3feeb92d34:g:UzIAAOSwN4ZfvG-Y (https://www.ebay.com/itm/Vintage-Crossman-2200-Magnum-22-cal-Air-Rifle-For-Parts-Fairport-NY/274588052788?hash=item3feeb92d34:g:UzIAAOSwN4ZfvG-Y)
There was a 2175 also.............

I picked up a mint model 1 from AoA few months ago. They had it labeled wrong, which I found odd.
I'm curious to see what this sells for.

Lucky you !
The Model 1 is technically a model 2280
How was yours labelled by AoA ??
-
Well, it'll cost you more than $200 for that Model 1.... Why? Because I want it !!! ;)
-
AoA had it labeled as a 2200 on their website.
-
Well, it'll cost you more than $200 for that Model 1.... Why? Because I want it !!! ;)
I 'spect it will go for well over that figger.....
I have several Model 1's, but none new with the box..........
-
Maybe... but if goes for less than $200, it's mine.
-
Looks like one bidder took a run at it. Ran it up to 180.50 before giving up. 20.00 more and he can have it.

Ya mean it WILL sell for only $200.00 ??
-
Not the COVID market for a bargain? Price determined in last 10 seconds won’t be pretty?
-
Looks like one bidder took a run at it. Ran it up to 180.50 before giving up. 20.00 more and he can have it.
I'll bet that it goes well above the $200 mark with a serial number like it has, it's going to take four days to find out ???
-
Oh yeah, I promise it WILL sell for at least $200... 8)
If I get it, I get it... if not... oh well.. but $200 +shipping is what I'm willing to spend on it.
-
That is exactly the way I play the ebay game Bill.
I put in my Maximum bid that I am willing to pay and never bump it up after that.
The "robot" will only bump each subsequent bids enough to cover the previous ($2.50 in this case).
If some one wants it more than I do, it wasn't meant to be.
-
I may have to break out the peanuts and beer Saturday and Sunday evenings and enjoy a couple of fast-paced 30 second flurries of activity on these...
-
Well I was outbid by 1.00. See ya model 1.
-
Well I was outbid by 1.00. See ya model 1.
I'm sure it ain't over yet.......
-
Best system, have the highest bid you want to give then add $50?
-
Best system, have the highest bid you want to give then add $50?
I like Esnipe myself.
Put your max in for a last 4 second bid, and take your chances.
-
I won this because somehow it slipped under the radar... I was the only bid.
Lesser "non working" models are getting bids at even higher amounts! :o

I have many vintage guns in my collection and I did not NEED this one... as a matter of fact, I don't NEED any more guns at all. I liked this one and was willing to pay the $232 shipped for it and not a penny more. No regrets, no remorse and I don't feel like I missed out on anything. Even if I knew that $20 more would have gotten me the gun, I would not have payed it.
This would have been a purchase of opportunity. I did not go looking for a Model 1 and I will not continue to look for one. Who know what I might stumble across next that gives me the urge to buy.
Just noticed one in the classifieds for $140 shipped... that's probably a great deal for someone but, it's not NOS and it don't have the original box and paperwork..... and it's not for me.
-
I've heard tell that the Model 1 in the classifieds is no longer available.......
-

LOL.... you heard tell huh?
-

LOL.... you heard tell huh?
Yup.
I talk to myself...............A LOT !!
-
Yeah, me too... why just recently I remember saying to myself... "Self, I said, you won't be buying that one either".
-
I have a real weakness for wood stock pumpers......2100W, 2200W, Model 1, Daisy 822, 922 970,917, etc.
Not so much the earlier 140,1400 etc, tho I do have a few of those.
Seems like every time one comes available, if I choose to afford it, I go for it.
Puttin' these 22 butt stocks onto 2100/2200 really makes nice guns.
Problem is, I probably won't want to turn loose of any...........that'll be for the heirs to do (maybe..)
-
I went through that phase.... now it seems to be side lever sub $300 repeater PCP rifles.
-
Model 1 has 2 hours to go; price $343.00
I don't have to worry about it any more...........
I received my"Cheap" 2200 today, so I'm happy
And, BAMA is "ahead" on LSU 45-14 at halftime.....
-
Yeah..I just looked it up. Will see where it ends.. $$$
-
$650 with shipping, you’ll see these come out of the woodwork!
-
The Sheridan F’s were getting crazy prices and then more came out and they came back to earth?
-
$650 with shipping, you’ll see these come out of the woodwork!
Real close to $700.00 with tax.
Now, let's see what the 2275 sells for..........
-
Big $$$$
-
The other brought $340.
-
The other brought $340.
+shipping and tax..........such a deal !!
-

I thought the 2275 would fetch a lot more than it did after the Model1 went into the stratosphere.
The Model1 is just a regular 1985 phase 2 gun, nothing special.
Bidder may have been influenced by the 75th edition Model1 box in the forefront?
I wouldn't be surprised if that deal falls through and it's back in a few weeks.
Both guns were won by bidders with low 5 bid history.
Parents need to set up their Ebay parental filters....LOL
-
I thought the 2275 would bring in more $$$ too. Started out strong, then fizzled.

Show me the Benjamins!
How about a Benjamin 317 for $936?
Same seller.

Yikes! I thought $620 was high? And I would like to have gotten the 75th rifle. But pushing a grand? No spank you!
-

It went for $340.00 + shipping and tax.....far cry from a grand...
-
I think it was the old Sheridan going for $936 at that point? Ridiculous.

There WAS another Model 1 up on the bay.
Price had been climbing nicely, too.
All of a sudden............auction was taken down be seller.
Sez "no longer available"
Maybe someone struck a deal with him??
Anyone, another 2200 is on its wat to the collection.
I have a hard time resisting those, as well an wood stock versions.
Dunno what I'm gonna do with them, but I aim to be the one who "dies with the most toys................"

I was watching the Model 1 also and then it just disappeared overnight.
Was just down the road from me in OKC.
I think I've seen it for sale before.
No problem, been brewing up a hot 22 cal 766 V1, coming soon.
-
I just received my new edition of the Blue Book. As I look at the prices people are paying on ebay it makes the prices quoted in the Blue Book look very low.
-

No problem, been brewing up a hot 22 cal 766 V1, coming soon.
I have rounded up a few 2200 parts to convert a 2100 or maybe a late 766 to .22
I need a suitable barrel that I can machine to mate to the 2200 parts............
What U usin' on yours ??
The mind just keeps churning out ideas......
-
I was lookin for the model 1 too. That gold trapmaster was sweeeeet! but , not at that price.
BB prices have also been low.
I own 2 trappy's.. what a great gun. Love shootin the rb's out of them. One is setup stock, the other for speed.

I'm using a $35 Stormrider barrel purchased from PA.
Haven't had any luck with Crosman barrels though the word is they've improved.
It's 19" and I cut the thread off the crown end and turned the breech end to .324".
Took .100" off so the TP would align to the breech, barrel is .470" diameter.
Bluing is excellent and the metal machines very nice.
-
Don't miss this bargain!
A "vintage" 760 for just $750 plus $50 shipping.
Looks like a 79 gun NOS?

That fool has got to be kidding?! And then have the nerve to demand $50 shipping?
