I came across the DAR 22 mentioned a few times and really only see 1 review out there by Mountain Sports on this rifle. I found the website and see that the gun could be ordered from them but I don't see or know of any dealers. I also understand this review is a second generation release.
Does anyone own one and if so can you give some opinions on its out of the box accuracy, trigger, results with a variety of pellets ,etc?
For 300.00 it sure looks like a nice possible addition. I'm also seeing mention of the Avenger in this approximate price range but checking some Avenger reviews I see where they are quite mixed where some have had great luck and quite a few having issues.
So what are your thoughts would you go for something like the DAR or would you go the Avenger route assuming part availability may be something to think about . All thoughts and opinions appreciated.

great price on that gun too. I guess another good one in that range is the Sentry .

I'm right there with you. I've been trying to hold out but my trigger finger is getting the best of me. Its also the finger I hit the "Place order" button ;D Will be placing my order for a Dar 177 shortly!!! Hope everyone has a great Thanksgiving.....

Well it's good to know that even Bill is prone to impulse buying. I'd be right in there with you except I have a cash flow problem right now.
But I'm anticipating that in about a month there will be a brief window of opportunity in which I will have the ready coin. If I wait too long it will get spent on bills and other frivolous stuff so the best thing to do is invest in a new air gun as soon as I get the money. ;D
I don't know how it is going to boil down yet but by January I will be hunting with a new DAR or maybe an Avenger or possibly an Origin. :o
Being forced to wait for Haj's video is probably a good thing.
