Title: Krale shop question...Ordering and account setup...
Post by: Randy00 on November 22, 2020, 08:21:03 PM
I set up an account over at Kraleshop.. But the address input info seems wonky. Likely due to different numbering in Netherlands, but...When I do supply my addy, it says my tax ID can't be verified and they will charge me tax? Who's tax?
Anyone who has ordered from them in the USA have an idea what's going on?

Randy,
I've ordered from Krale Shop. I put 0 where it asks for the building number. I don't remember anything about a tax id number. You can email them and ask.  Just remember the time difference so I usually get a response by the next day or I will email before I go to sleep and will get a response in the am next day.  Just be aware of there return policy.  If you need to ship something back and they won't supply a return label it's pretty expensive. Hope this helps!

Randy,

Krale recently split its website by continent.  I bought half a dozen items when it was clearly European centric.  Then it just showed two prices.  One for Europeans, with tax.  One for the US, without sales tax

I have not bought anything from the US site yet.  It is possible that the US is trying to collect sales taxes.  In any event, this is the URL for the US site.  If you have not tried it yet, you might give it a go:  https://www.krale.shop/us/ (https://www.krale.shop/us/)

The European site has this URL:  https://www.krale.shop/nl/ (https://www.krale.shop/nl/)  That is the default.  You may have been using that.

That's the site I was in. They told me not to worry about it via email. Found the stuff I need up in CA though.. Not sure how long customs will take though.

That's pretty quick from the Netherlands!   What do you think of the rifle? What caliber and accuracy? I've owned a BigMax .22 and loved it except for the caliber.. Very well made for the price.

My Dazzle is a .22 cal.  The few reviews I had seen showed this to be a very accurate rifle.  When I received mine and started shooting it was anything but accurate.  Didn't matter what I put through it couldn't group under 3" at 30 yards. I have a kral np03 and that is a very accurate rifle for such a short barrel.  I ended up switching to the short np03 barrel and the rifle shot fine so there is a barrel issue. I contacted kraleshop and informed them of my issue and findings with the shorter barrel.  They said they haven't had this issue before and sent me a return label to send back to them so they can see what going on with the rifle. I do really like the look and feel of the rifle and the fact it comes with two air tanks is great. If they wouldn't of sent me a return label I would have sourced a barrel on my own as it would have cost around $250 to ship UPS in one direction. Hopefully ill have some news soon to report back to everyone...
