Title: Crosman Storm XT Not Right

I have a Crosman Air Rifle Storm XT C1K773932 that won't pump correctly. Any suggestions where to start? It is hard to pump, and maybe a spring or other part is broken. I have no idea.

What happens..exactly.  The Storm XT is a break Barrel coccking system and not a pump so i want to make sure we have the same gun in mind.  Doe the barrel break open, click and not stay coccked, like wants to slam shut?  Recent probem with mine was just that.  I had shadow replace some parts and it's on it's way back soon.  Can you still return it to Wally world?
