Title: Scuba Tank explosion!!

This should stay where it is and also be posted in the HPA, PCP and CO2 Gates. High pressure air or Co2 can be very dangerouse and we should all practice good safety  habbits when using these tanks for our hobby/sport.

Always and I say always have your tanks tested.

I second that!!! I have a line on 12 old aluminum tanks that I will NOT take off the guys hands unless they are from a year that they will do a hydro and check them out thoroughly. It is NOT worth it. He will give them to me but I will not take the risk until I know they are hydro'd and pass.

These tanks are DOT vessels(Department of Transportation) and are no different than a 30,000 barrel storage tank. They must be checked according to the rules and MUST pass this inspection.

I saw this today also and the first thought that went through my head was someone bent the rules or this would have not happened.
