other than noise will my accuracy suffer if i take the baffles out of my .25 hatsan flash QE. somehow somewhere i lost a baffle. i was hunting and mud got into my baffles when i slipped and fell. i took them out in the woods to clean them and lost one. hoping accuracy wont suffer if i take them out completely

Other than makinging it a lot louder, doesn't seem to do any harm...not that I kept the baffels out for long.
Was a post recently about better inserts....the one piece units might be worth a look-see.

i wonder if the new baffle comes with felt?

You have a few options here. A) just remove all the baffles and deal with the noise B) order a new one/felt from Hatsan(the felt is shown as a separate part, fyi). C) order one of the baffle kits you can find on ebay and the like that are made to replace the factory bits. It's not the end of the world or anything, and it probably won't affect how the guns shoots without them installed. D) You could even cut a piece of PVC pipe or other tubing to the exact length as the baffle to hold the remaining ones in place. That would probably be easiest, would still be much quieter than the gun with no baffles. I recommend putting the "spacer" in first, then the remaining baffles toward the muzzle end. Should be fine :)

Didn't find the "felt"(or whatever that stuff is) did anything my ear could detect...so I left it out. Logically, it should...'cept it didn't.
Tried again last night...still not noticing the difference...being lazy, left it in.
