So, I have decided on a .177 synthetic Marauder for my first PCP. As it stands, Crosman seems to have the best price of $457 when combined with the 20offtuesday code. Is Crosman easy to deal with? Do they cheerfully take stuff back or am I stuck paying shipping and waiting to have the rifle repaired? Would you recommend another vender or another discount code? I am pretty much OK with any vender recommendation, except Airgun Depot. Anyway, you get the idea, a pleasant experience with a low price. Past post would suggest that some of you have this down to an art, so any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you, Mike

Mike, you can’t go wrong with a SynRod, excellent choice!
If you are patient, you may find a great deal on one in the classifieds...
Happy plinkin’ 8)

Code for Crosman, do the code AGNATION it will give you 25% off your purchase, also purchase on Fridays to get the free shipping. Can't go wrong with the Marauder, mine is 7 years old and stock, no mods and still going strong. It was my first pcp purchase. Crosman has been good to me with other purchases. Good Luck.

If you are set on that rifle fine, but there's many offerings nowadays that surpass it for the price,.....Sidelever operated, lighter in weight, regulated, example the Air Venturi Avenger,
and Pyramyd stand behind their products with great customer service

Im with Manny on this.
If 177 is your choice, I would consider the Fortitude. The rifle was built for that caliber imo. Regulated with lots of shots. You'll still have crosmans excellent customer service.
But if your heart is set, the m rod is tried and true.

I agree with holding off on an Mrod . There are so many choices out there why limit yourself to an unregulated gun in such a small caliber. Shop around and there are a lot of great quality guns on the used market that can be had for a fraction of their original price. Just google used air guns for sale , you’ll see what I mean.

I REALLY like my Benjamin Cayden, very accurate, plenty of shots even though it's not regulated it acts like it. Oh yeah they give you a 5 year warranty on them too.
I've since put a nicer tactical BSA scope on it though.
