Title: Let the games begin
Post by: Don.M on October 14, 2020, 05:50:51 PM
I just got my order of 1,000 Crow Magnums from Pyramyd Air (much to my wife's chagrin). Let the chipmunks and pests beware.

Holy Moly! I guess those pellets must shoot good in your rifle.  I remember reading about the Crow Magnum as a child and then seeing some for sale at a gun show:  a single tin of .177 crow magnums behind a glass display case.  I wanted those very badly, but didn't get them.  I had no money.  I would fantasize about how powerful they would have been through my parent's FWB 124D.  I shot it a lot and this was the pellet that I thought, as a child, would make it the most deadly against all those pesty birds I took after.

They do shoot really well in my Benji, actually I have yet to find a pellet it DOESN'T like.

Looks like it's a good thing I ordered the Crow Magnums when I did, they're on backorder now

Crow Mags are devastating to small game.  Red squirrel I hit in the head caused more visible damage than anything else I've used.  Unfortunately my Weihrauch is not very accurate with them, if it was I would use them.
