Geo of GTA has kindly extended a 10% Discount Code on LDCs at his website:
https://www.airgununiverse.net/wp/store/12-20-hunter-class-ldc/ (https://www.airgununiverse.net/wp/store/12-20-hunter-class-ldc/)
The Code is
ILOVEGTA
Be sure to click on the Select A Size box, I ordered their largest model, which was only $26 *before* applying code.
Happy shopping!

You rock. Thank you!

Thanks Charlie..Just grabbed me a new moderator.

Cool, guys! What size(s) did you guys get? I got the largest one (going for max backyard-friendly)...
-
I got the 1.2x5.43
-
I got the 1.2x5.43
Interesting Bryan, mine is same diameter at 1.2" but just ~1-1/2" longer. I'll LYK how loud it shoots.

I'm interested also. They look a lot like a TKO. TKOs work pretty well.

I’ve got one and it works great on my Maximus. Turned it into a perfect backyard shooter
Plus he is a great guy to deal with.

I just ordered one of Geo's slim LDC's, the Hi Performance model for my flat topped, .22 Backpacker, and a couple of his 13771322 Picatinny Rail, scope mounts.
I hope Geo's scope mounts work better than the 1322 scope mounts I got from Buckrail. Those worked fine at first, but the transfer port on the 1322 started acting up and I had to loosen the scope mounts to fix the TP problem. Once it was fixed, the scope mounts didn't want to grip the barrel like they had before.
-
Geo's slim LDC made my .22 Backpacker mouse fart quiet. I remounted my CP 2X20mm scope using the pair of picatinny rails I got from him on my 1322.
Both airguns are now shooting tacks. The Backpacker doing so quietly.

I wholeheartedly agree, mine is pretty effective as well - PLUS I just got another one from Geo that is his larger/longer version. Will be testing all LDCs again once I receive the other two LDCs that I also recently ordered...I tell ya man, this LDC business is a whole 'nother slippery slope of its own... ::)

Did you get his 7 inch long 'Hi Performance' LDC? That's the one I got. Ever since I flat topped my Backpacker it's been shooting louder. Not anymore though. Thanks to Geo.
I'll be getting one of his 1/2-20 LDC's next month for my Crosman .22 Summit Ranger NP2. You're right about LDC's being a slippery slope. Now I want an LDC for my Benji 392 also.

Robert yeah, that's the one I got from Geo, too. And I expect it to be even more silent than his 5.5" model I bought first.
And I'm so far down that slippery slope I'm thinking I might need LDCs for my LDCs... ;D

Thanks for sharing the code! Not that $2.90 would stop me from giving it a shot.
Recently put some heat into my stormrider and it's a bit louder than the factory LDC can handle. If I could figure out how to get it apart and get some noise absorbent material in the baffles, I think it would do fine. But couldn't pass up a 7" LDC for $26... Plus with as light at it is, I am prepared to be impressed since it won't alter the handling of the gun. Looking forward to receiving it and getting to play with it.

;D ;D ;D John - so the choice is like paying $26 or $29 right? Not gonna lose no sleep over that! Geo is a real treasure here on GTA. ;D ;D ;D

Indeed Charlie, it's a steal without the code if it does the job. Looks like it'll be here today :)
FYI, for those of us who don't want to pay what some folks are asking for a thread adapter, stop by your local hydraulic equipment store. They've got adapters for pretty much any two threads you could put together. Rather than pay $45 for a more aesthetic adapter, the $5 rough steel adapter I purchased will surely do the job. After a little coat of bedliner, I doubt anyone will even notice the adapter :)

Do you walk in with the LDC and rifle and start trying to find a mate? I usually only know one side of the connection.

I think he means that the fairly "standard" threading on the one side is usually going to be 1/2"-20 UNF, so all you would need to find is the factory threading on the gun's muzzle.
Also more and more guns are coming with the 1/2"-20 UNF Male threads now, to match up to most of the available LDC's female threads thereby slowly eliminating the need for any adapters.

I just ordered one of Geos 'Hi Performance' 1.2' diameter 7 ' 1/2-20 LDC's for my Crosman .22 Summit Ranger NP2.

Every toolbox should have thread gauges ;) But I have brought my airgun to the hardware store and asked them if I could bring it in while I was looking for something specific. Sometimes living in AR has it's benefits lol

I hope so. It's not that backyard friendly, as is. I live in an apt complex and do most of my shooting at night after everyone is asleep. Shooting by the light of a security light. *Smiles*
As it happens though, a man made ditch/storm drain runs through the middle of the property. In my backyard. Fenced on both sides. Over the years its turned itself into sort of a creek. Plenty of wildlife. Including coons & possums. I see hawks sitting on the fence occasionally.
I keep a bird feeder out there to attract more wildlife.

That sounds awesome, I too have limited space to shoot and very nearby neighbors, forcing me to invest heavily in moderators (no I don't mean paying off the admin folks here, I meant LDC suppressors ;D ) just so I can enjoy our great hobby... ::)

The town where I live has a park just on the border of city limits. I do or rather did my 50 yard testing there. Unfortunately, a local car theft ring has been dumping cars there over the spring, so the access road I do my testing on has been closed since May. I can do (up to) 45 yard testing in my backyard at night; but to do that I need my SR to be a lot quieter.

I finally got to try my Geo LDC and I think its really nice. I put it on my BSA R10 which is very quiet but has a super long shroud to provide the suppression. With the Geo the loudness seems to be about the same as shroud while reducing my OAL by 4". I also tried my Donnie Tanto which was quite a bit louder than the stock BSA shroud and Geo LDC. I also felt like the Tanto didn't group as well as the stock setup or the Geo LDC. I was going to use my Tanto for my new PP750 but I think I will get another Geo for it and sell the Tanto. I think at the cost of the DonnieFL it's over priced when Geo offer such a nice LDC for such an affordable price.

My 'Hi Performance' 1.2' diameter 7 ' 1/2-20 LDC for my Crosman .22 Summit Ranger NP2 arrived yesterday. It works great. Inside it is mouse fart quiet. Outside at night it is a tad louder than a mouse fart; but, nothing like it had been.

Hmm, interesting take, Bryan...

You'll like it. Shooting inside at 10 yards, I fired 2 shots, which made a .30 caliber hole in my pellet trap an inch below the usual POA shooting AA 16 gr's. I said: "Hmm, time for you to go outside and see what you can do". Bumped the elevation up 10 clicks and then shot the usual <1 inch group at POA at 25 yards. This thing is a keeper.

Just received mine. Very nice and works well on my pp750.
