Have posted pics before but having issue reducing 4mg pic to whatever size required( can't recall-750kb?) Any suggestions?

If you are running Windows, open your photo with MS Paint and resize.
If an android, try the ap Lit Photo.
Or I used to email them to myself, but anymore that doesn't resize them like it used to.

If you store and post images from a computer, I recommend
https://www.gimp.org/ (https://www.gimp.org/)
a FREE powerful multi-platform image editor.
My pet peeve is giant panoramic images posted online (not just here) that have a TINY point-of-interest. CROP those bandwidth & storage munching images to focus on the point-of-interest... PLEASE!
Open image file
tools - selection tools - rectangle select
select area of interest
image - crop to selection
file - export as "newfilename.ext"
done!
Image size still too large?
Open image file
image - scale image - select new size - scale
file - export as "newfilename.ext"
done!

In WIndows 10
OPEN the jpeg
RIGHT CLICK on the image
SELECT Resize
CHOOSE SIZE
SAVE AS........
You should see a popup "Saving a Copy"
Open the saved file to make sure it worked
It's not a 100% success rate on my laptop for some reason
Computer illiterate and proud of it

Just as an FYI... there is a variety of "stickies" on this very gate that explain posting pics.

Here's another post I started to try and assist you when I couldn't find this thread. Someone, Hoosier Daddy maybe pointed me back this way.
Lots of good solutions!!!
