Has anyone shopped at https://www.fieldsupply.com (https://www.fieldsupply.com)? Guns in stock there interest me.
The site does not look the most modern, so I want to know if they are good to purchase from.

I've only ordered pellets and optics from them. What I've received came well packed and faster than PA.
I believe their sister company, Wing Supply, would do the same.

Or

I had a defective scope and it was a no hassle return.
Happy shooting

I get Vortex pellets from them. No problems.

I bought a US made gerber folding knife from them a few years ago during a black Friday sale. Their shipping was a bit slow, but I had no issues.
-
Been buying refurbs from them for years, all came shooting great, PCP and break barrel Hatsans for the most part. 8) . Shipping was usually within a week or less, pre covid.

I buy from them on a regular basis and have had very good service. The only issue I ever had was when I bought a refurbished Crosman remover from them, it was missing 3 of the 6 magazines that were supposed to be included. I contacted them and they immediately sent me a new set of 6 magazines! Can't complain about that level of service!

I'd say YES with one exception that may or may not be their fault.
I've purchased MANY air rifles and pellets from them with mostly good results. Everything "new" was fine. The exceptions were some refurbished air rifles. Mostly Hatsan refurbs and one Umarex/Ruger refurb.
The rifles I purchased were listed as Factory Refurbished. My opinion (no proof) is that several of the Hatsan refurbs I received were also recent returns to FS by customers who either abused the rifles or attempted (with NO knowledge or skill) to repair or modify them. Some of those rifles were NOT functional right out of the box. I'm skeptical these were truly direct from Hatsan because similar rifles I've purchased direct from Hatsan were in MUCH better (but not always perfect) functional condition.
The bad Umarex/Ruger refurb box appeared to be tape sealed direct from the factory repair center, so I'd say FS is NOT responsible for that one. I'd blame really sloppy factory refurb work by Umarex. The customer support I received from Umarex about that rifle has removed ALL my confidence that they have any real repair capability. I'd only recommend Umarex refurbs if you are prepared to tear down the rifle yourself for a complete inspection with possible repairs. FWIW I have several "new" Umarex air rifles and have NO complaints about their performance.
I should note that in all these cases I did NOT complain to FS or try to return the rifle. IMO the delivered price was too good to pass up. I ENJOY working on (repairing, tuning, upgrading, & modifying) air rifles. The parts cost of repairing these defective refurbs was small (sometimes $0) and the enjoyment+knowledge+satisfaction I gained was more than enough to cancel any annoyance at receiving a bad-out-of-box (b-o-o-b) experience. EVERY refurbished rifle I've received from them is NOW accurately shooting at factory specifications and I am very happy with the price I paid regardless of any b-o-o-b experience.
I still recommend Field Supply as a good seller and will continue to buy both new and refurbished products (when the price is right) from them in the future.

I bought a refurbed 22 marauder from them and pellets too. No problems with any of my transactions and will continue to buy from them.

If they are truly refurbished by Hatsan, there should be an "R" stamped right behind the serial number. If not, then your suspicions may be correct! Every refurb I have purchased direct from Hatsan has had the "R" stamped on it.

Mine were true factory refurbished Hatsans with the "R" stamped at the end of the SN#. The "R"s I usually get straight from Hatsan have always functioned like new or "ok" and the "ok" ones always shot like new after a little tune-up. I'd say about 40% of the Hatsan refurbs I purchased through FS shot very poorly right out of the box. That's why I suspect (but can't prove) that those "R"s were also FS customer returns that were not "re-processed" a second time by Hatsan techs. Prices I paid "suggest" to me that this is a way to clear returned refurb inventory and I'm quite happy :) to properly repair those rifles when the price is that low.

I've only bought refurbished airguns from them and I've been very happy with the shipping speed, packaging, and products I've received.

I’ve ordered pellets and airgun magazines from them in the past, shipping even during the COVID crisis has been reasonable.
But I do order all my pellets from Trenier now, whatever I’m not casting.

Good place. Their sister site Wing Supply, is cheaper.
-
Good place been shopping there for a few years.

Been shopping with them for years, never any problems and you can get some great buys.

Good company. I had an RMA with them and they covered shipping.
