Title: rws t01 trigger....please....help....me....

i know some one out there knows how to adjust a trigger on a 1990 rws 34.
its plastic. i think its the t01, i'm afraid i've messed with it until it is &^^&.
can anyone point me to a diagram or instructions to make it usable again :-[
