I did manage to get a couple chippers this morning and got a little more woods plinking in.

Hi Wayne !

I really liked your video.  That was some nice shooting you did in the woods today !
Good job on those Chippers Wayne !  You got yours the Hard Way Too.
Folks that don't ever shoot in the woods do not know how hard it can be to successfully make some of the shots out there.
Retrieving the game can be problematic too.  Good Job !

As for me...I wound up breaking out all my rifles and did some pot shooting on chippers in my back yard.
Easy Peasy & Easy Money for me today......defiantly not hard like being out in the woods like you were.
I just sat in a door way and took pot shots that were semi-off hand with my for-stock hand braced on an upright door jamb.
No Skeeters or Ticks either.

Best Wishes - Tom

Thanks for the great replies Tom and Randall !!!  Tom shooting in the woods you never know where you may spot something, a lot of times I'll be all contorted trying to get a decent shot when sitting on a log but it does help keep me limbered up, if I didn't get out for my woods walks I know that the aches and pains of being an old fart would be worse without it.  The old saying use it or loose it holds true in my case.  Randall I need to get off my butt and cast up more pellets and slugs too before I start running low again, I need .22 wadd cutters the most and they can be the toughest to cast good with such a small port on the sprue plate.  The ones that I used today I'm down to about 200.  Looks like a rain day coming soon here will be a good day to do some casting early in the morning when it's coolest.
