Title: My $36.90 (1377C) Pictures & Targets " Right-Out-Of-The-Box " - WOW
Post by: 0351_Vet on September 04, 2011, 04:39:34 PM
Well FedEx showed up yesterday with a small box. Looked at it...Hmmm.... Refurbished 1377C.
I had anticipate Black with Tan furniture, but to my surprise..Black on Black, NICE.

So this morning, I wanted to make sure it operated properly......Well here the results with ONE sight adjustment.

The targets on the right were 3-Shots each and I only shot at 4 of the 6. They were all 3 pumps only at about 50 feet.
I laid on the deck and rested the front of the pistol on my left fist.

Pretty cool for 36 bucks. Nice little rat smacker.  ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D  What a HOOT.......

Needless to say...I'm pleased. Note.....The trigger not worthy, so any help in that department would be appreciated.

Soo.....How many pumps to most of you use when shooting? I used just 3 because I wasn't sure if the pellet trap (new) would take the hits.
It actually works pretty good. I think I'll test it with a few more pump. Not sure it will handle my BC1200.....? What the heck (Maybe one shot through the back..... :D :D :D

Nice! Those are the kind of groups I was getting on mine at 10 meters... I was very happy with the one I got...

I use 6 pumps but my trap is a crazy barricade.... With this gun, I actually started from 3 to 5 and onto 6 pumps and now I just stick to 6 pumps..

Thanks Marv.....

Question: Can I keep it pumped up to 3 and leave it sit loaded? That way if a critter mouse happens by I can dispatch him? I heard you should store them with some air in it to keep the seal in shape? Not sure how factual that is?

You can if you're just waiting for a mouse, no problem, no issues.... Just remember to shoot the pellet out if the mouse doesn't show...

Yes, store them with a couple of pumps, uncocked unloaded... I didn't know about this when I was a kid and the seals on my old gun went bad...
