not sure what purpose it has in pistol format , but i liked the look

figured out wwith close tolerances, simply tightening the 2 set screws locks it to the gun tightly .. ( slight rotation of the brackets , like 1 degree)
the guns already converted to 25 cal , maybe next will be a replacement for the folder stock i have

I can think of several uses. I hunt Scorpions at night with mine. Over 1800 killed last summer.
Apx. just under 200 so far this year. I use it for pesting as well. So----
Black light mount for the scorpion hunting,(They glow Chem light green in black light), led for pesting at night, or mount for ir light. A good mount for a laser as well.

Rob, I low all the pic's when my puter crashed. I have a Picatinny rail under mine adhered with JB weld. Not as elegant as yoursk, but works well, and has been flawless for a year now. Woo-Hoo!!!

Aw Man! I worked all night and missed the post. But that's all right. I have rails and JB LOL!!! I just got in three off set picatinny mounts as well. and have been using the O light offset mount on the pp700 for the scorpion light. I have been running into vermain when hunting the scorpions and will use the off set mount to mount an 1200 lum led with green filter. Muahahahahaha!!!

nice! ;D someone mounted optics to the side of the shroud a while back.. might be another possibility , out of the line of the open sights.
