This one is a bit different with the rear brass sleeve, i think it looks nice , but serves almost no function .. this is machined from an crosman NPXL 25 cal barrel .. it has a delrin
bushing at the rear to seat against the breech block.. YOU need to add
a set screw to the gun to secure the barrel , thats the only challenge
here.. I added an 8-32 up top on mine in the center of the rail. the recess in the brass is a good reference for how far forward your set screw location should be .. too far back and you will hit the very very skinny rear portion of the guns main block. The
factory barrel and rear threaded bushing in the gun need to removed to
install this.. This will come with a threaded 1/2-20 barrel tensioner
nut that serves 3 purposes, one is to secure the shroud firmly , 2 is
to tension the barrel , and 3 is so that you have 1/2-20 threads out
front for an ldc.the barrel is 9.75 inches.im sure im forgetting
something , so ask if youre not sure. I have one on my gun and decided
to make a few more.
