I’m posting this because I don’t know what else to do. This is not meant to flame anybody just stating fact. I heard a lot of good things about Troy Hammer and Annihilator airguns. So After talking with Troy I sent my airgun to him for some tuning. I was told That there was a three week backlog. Well he Received my air rifle on February 20th and I still don’t have it back. We only talked once since he’s had my air rifle and that was on March 30th. At that time he told me it should not be any longer than three weeks and he should be finished with my air rifle. I cannot get him to return my calls text messages or emails. I hope all is well with him and his family at this point I just want my rifle back in the same condition I sent it. can anyone help!

i have an airgun being worked on by Troy also, i did go it to it knowing he takes his time but when its done your happy with the results and price
he will respond just give him time, he has responded to me eventually
you can pm him here on GTA
in the meantime i hope you have enough airguns to enjoy while you wait

I understand. But it’s not the wait time that has me worried it’s no contact that has me concerned.

it did take a bit for him to get back, but not summers and winters scattered like splinters, just a few weeks
last he told me 2 weeks ago, him and his wife have been held up by this lockdown, i myself have been forced to paint 4 rooms because someone has more time to look at it, but he said he would be back to work soon
you will get a message eventually, yes i want mine back too!!! but i know it will be what i wanted,......for now, i can wait
if i remember also right before i sent mine he said he was refusing work until caught up, he squeezed me in and he asked me to send it mid april, i sent it late march, accordingly to my guessimate then mine would be done in june, but that was before covide

Talk to Troy today we worked everything out. He explain to me he’s got a backlog due to Covid and I completely understand.

We all need a little patience with the current situation however.... there is no excuse for no communications. As far as I know COVID-19 does not affect telephone lines and e-mails.... :o
If someone's work is slowed or stopped due to the virus, they should have plenty of time on hand to communicate.
