Title: Thanks for the help! Finally bought & mounted a scope RWS 34
Post by: RWStime on May 11, 2020, 04:47:44 PM
Went with the mnt-pmtowl-a rail adapter for the bugbusters 3-9x32.
This 2017 34 doesn't seem to be plagued with droop. Considering the dnt06 sometime though just because it's cut out underneath to fit the back rail screw & access to the deeper stop pin hole. That should be explained more for anyone considering the utg compensator droop mount.  Anyway its working great.
First time I tried it out I left it loose to see if I got on paper. To my surprise it was centered vertically & only hitting an inch 1/2 high.
After tighting up the rings, mount & moving a notch on the rail for eye relief it went to hitting low & right but after a few clicks it's a tack driver.  Thanks for all your help friends. Wasn't nearly as difficult as anticipated.

Looking good. I have a Bugbuster side focus on my Xisico XS-25 and I  love it. I have the sunscreen and flip up caps on mine. I think you'll like it.

Looks great. I'll have to try the sunscreen sometime. This time of day i get sun before the trees block it out.  Yeah this optic is great for most of my targets 30-50 yards.  Looking forward to trying some 100yrds now.

It's holding zero well. 4th time I've shot it since mounting the scope. First time on paper since. First thing in the morning. I've been hitting all the metal targets & just wanted to see. I think this was 6 shots. 50yrds. Crosman hollow point. I could have done better but this is shooting as fast as possible

Great marksmanship, I don't have that skill level to get that kind of group at 50 yards. I'm glad it's coming together for you. I know how you must feel.

Amazing shooting.  Have several flavors of M34. Some really twangy.  Highly recommend Vortek PG2 kit.  Thunk!
