Title: Do NOT do business with ANKUL on amazon
Post by: Ammosponge on May 08, 2020, 11:29:53 PM
Ordered on the first of may...for a gx3 air pump. They issued a ship notification, which triggered payment, the next day. The item was listed as 'in stock' which apparently means nothing.  Shipping was listed as 3-5 days.  The vendor is now saying the earliest I can expect anything is the 15th. Avoid at all costs.
Just wanted a oil free coolant free hpa pump.
Not impressed.

After 2 hours of argument with the vendor and Amazon, I got a refund. Anyone got a compressor?

Im sorry it was the gx cs3 pump. I had to get customer service involved. It really put things in  a bad light for me. At least my no name hand pump showed up, so i can actually do anything with my xisico 705.

I ordered the GX-E-CS3 from Amazon on April 29 and experienced the same problem that my credit card was charged but the compressor wasn't shipped.  I emailed,  received a reply right away that it had been shipped.  Also gave me a small refund for the delay.  They gave me what appeared to be a fair excuse for the delay.  I did receive the compressor on May 11 in good shape and it is as advertised.  I filled 3 guns the first day and what a relief to not hand pump.  Why did I take so long to order one of these?  Just thought I'd give the otherside of my Ankul experience.
