Title: Maurauder oring bridge

If you have done much work on Marauder valves or gauge blocks, you have probably scalped at least one oring sliding past the gauge hole in the main tube. After my last scalping, I decided to make a tool to guide the orings across the hole. While installing the valve or gauge block, hold the bridge against the tube with the reduced diameter portion inside the gauge hole. A little oring grease on the surface might also be a good idea:

The vendor who cannot be named here (think arrows ) has had this type tool for quite some time and I have one I used a good bit but also find a well lubed thumb with silicone grease works just as well, or at least my well lubed thumb. Just have to apply enough pressure to compress thumb to fit the hole size tightly.

Yes indeed ... Or do a healthy chamfer on the gauge hole I.D.
