I'm sure this is just me and the trigger not getting along too well yet.
25 yards was about 1" spread. Two through nearly the same hole and a flyer.

I have no clue how many times this DAQ was shot before I got it but it seems to be settling down a bit.

Not bad for a big bore Ron but I think you can do a little better if you try a bunch of different ones. If I remember correctly the .308 DAQ's like the heavier slugs like 120-130+ so you are using the right one(s).

The unwritten standard for acceptable bigbore airgun accuracy is 1inch center to center at 50 yards. If I am grouping 1.5 or bigger@50yards with a proven boolit I just put the rifle away because it usually means I had to much coffee lol!
An airguns biggest advantage is it's accuracy (bigbore, or small). Don't settle for mediocre........keep searching for that accurate boolit!

Will do fellows! I absolutely love this new DAQ and I won't quit until I have it perfect for what I want it to do, including a BBB tune.
Do any of you have experience with BBB tunes??

I could be wrong about this, but I am under the impression that BBB is no longer offering tunes.

His page is still up. I'll check.
If not then who?

I wouldn't get your hopes up on rare swaged stuff.....you will likely find a better shooting cast boolit. IMO your time and money would be better spent finding a readily available cast ".308" design. Get the two Lee designs Jerry of SureFire offers if you haven't already. Those worked well enough in the DAQ .308 I saw in action (it's barrel preferred .309 but was difficult to load).
If those don't work out for you, try BHD. Or you might try asking around the cowboy action casters to see if they have any molds that happen to drop small, or if they have any .311 stuff that can stand being sized down to .308-.309 .32 is a true cast boolit caliber whereas the .308 is predominantly a jacketed round caliber with very limited cast boolit availability.
