Title: How I occupied my time at work today

About half my workday is downtime, so I have time to think about nonsensical things and look them up.
Today's venture concerns a discussion about invasive species in another thread. The thought that it brought forth was where did collared doves come from. I came across this article as a result. Apparently, I wasn't the only one wondering.
