Very nice, loved the slow leak and last dance... good shooting Steve.
-
Great shot on that Rat Steve !!!
-
Nice one Steve!
-
Thumped him right between those beady little eyes! Love the explosion of light at impact! LOL! Great shot!
-
I thought maybe he was a suicide rat and exploded when you hit him.
-
Steve, excellent shot on that MASSIVE rattus! Woo Hoo! Dang they grow big up north! LOL! 🐀
-
Thanks Gents!
Sure made a mess of the peanut butter station. Funny thing, about five mutes after I retrieved the rat and put away the marauder another Rattus showed up. I let it slide so as to keep them around.
Cleanup crew did not show up. :o

My city cleanup crew is very lazy and inconsistent...less than 50% at best!
-
wow Steve, that was a devastating shot!, looks like your feed station blew up 8)

SHEU---WACK, Done Kilt the Rattus with a Pleasing sound of Victory........ Great shooting Steve, It's been a dry spell for us all, even the Clean up Crew...... they'll Be Back. :D
-
Nice shot.
Loved the drum solo
-
Are your clogs made of rat leather?
;D
Perfect shot, sir!

Yes I use only the soft underbelly fur of the rattus to weave my clogs. :)
I spotted activity last night, and went and fetched the Marauder. Sat in the shooting chair and was surprised to see 1,2,3,4 Rattus Rattus running around the fresh peanut all excited and happy. I sat and gave it a chance to sink in. Looks like one parent and three kids. I think this last rat I shot was maybe parent number two. I’m inclined to let them be for a while and to not kill one when the others are present. Don’t want to shut it down. Four Rats!
