I was sent home on administrative leave and I decided to take up pest control in the chicken flights. We have a 200 bird flight in the back of our 2 acres. We used to raise pheasant but now it just used for chickens and rolling pigeons. Every time I feed we get HOARDS of starlings and house sparrows that raid the feed bins. I built a small blind with some camo netting and have started thinning out the pest birds again. Previously I have used a Remington/crosman vantage 1200 .177 but in January I picked up a crosman fury np. 177 and topped it with a vortex crossfire 2-7 and paired it with the crosman premiere heavy 10.9gr. Took a starling (in the us) off a tree top at 100y last night and a even had a eurasian collar dove come in. I'm really enjoying sitting out there again.

Sorry to hear you got the admin leave Subway, we are starting that next week at my job too & reduced hours for others.
Sounds like you have a good plan for some downtime and shoot the heck out them, dang feed thieves!
Congrats on the starling at 100 yards!
