I emailed Hawke, and got the following response:
The inner hub of the models 63011, 63012, 63013 is 35mm in diameter.
The inner diameter of model 63010 is about 33mm.
Inside diameter of models 63000, 63001 and 63003 is 31mm including the rubber as it's designed, the metal wheel not including the rubber is 35mm.
I emailed UTG, and received this info:
Please kindly note that UTG Side Focus Wheels are designed for UTG scopes. We don’t guarantee they match and work well with non-UTG scopes although you can use shim bushings made on a 3D printer.
Just FYI. Giving you the idea of how UTG wheels work. The wheel inner rubber ring inner dimensions and the AO turret OD dimensions are the same so that the wheel can easy to put on AO turret but won't be tight enough. By tightening up those two set screws pre-assembled on the wheel to get elastic deformation in order to increase the friction between the wheel and the AO turret to make the wheel tight on the AO turret.
Of course, we can still support you with the related dimensions for your reference:
1. SCP-SW060B, SCP-SW080B and SCP-SW100B have the same inner dimensions. Below the dimensions related to assembling them on the AO turret for your references: X1=Ф28mm, X2=Ф29.5mm
2. For SCP-SW080BB: X1=Ф24mm, X2=Ф25.5mm
3. For SCP-SW100BL: X1=Ф28mm, X2=Ф32mm
4. For OP3-SW080: X1=Ф30.5mm, X2=Ф32mm

For mounting a side wheel, you want a perfect fit. Any slope defeats the purpose of a large wheel.

I agree, but there are ways to adapt one that’s slightly oversized.
I already fit one, had my buddy who’s a 3D printer guru make me a bushing. I bought one oversized by 2mm, did a lil sanding on it & it fits great, runs true & feels very solid.
Plus, the bushing protects the knob from the grub screws on the wheel.

Edit- Before I mounted it, I very carefully drafted a layover diagram of the knob and marked the focus points as radii extending past the diameter of the wheel. I triple checked the alignment, then used the diagram to transfer the marks to the wheel & scribed lines with a micro draw file. Then I used a set of high carbon steel number punches to put on the corresponding numbers. Filled the lines & numbers with white acrylic paint, gently buffed to look factory.
Admittedly, I’m a serious tinkerer, stuff like this is just fun for me.
$14 for a UTG wheel, and it works great on a scope that has no wheel options unless you have one made custom, at nearly 10 times the cost.

This one fit, right out of the box. Scope is a Weaver Grand Slam 4-16 X 44 side focus. The side focus knob is 25 mm right against the wheel house, and tapers to 23 mm on the outer edge. It has a thick rubberized finish. Checking the measurements sent by UTG, I found this model –SCP-SW080BB.
It has a knurled hard rubber grommet and to set screws opposite each other. Inner diameter of the anodized aluminum opening is 25.5 mm, diameter of the knurled rubber insert is 24 mm on the low spots where the raised knurls slot in, and the ID of the high spots that slot into the wells between knurls on the OEM UTG knob measures 23mm. It fits perfectly, still allowing me to visualize the numbers on the Weaver knob. I will still make a template and marks on the outside of the wheel corresponding to the parallax distances of the weaver knob, and give it a quick spray with bake on enamel to cover the old UTG numbers. Another scope modded for a side wheel where there is nothing available on the market except expensive custom, I think I paid all of $15 with free shipping for this from Amazon.

i got lucky . hawke doesn't make a wheel for their SF vantage line but a crosman wheel without the rubber insert worked perfectly ! yardage numbers are backwards (useless) on the wheel but when glancing from the scope i can still see the numbers on the SF knob .

That’s how my UTG worked out. I can still see the numbers, but I’ll still put them on the outside of the wheel. I’ve only recently started using wheels, they’re a great accessory for NRA smallbore silhouette competition!
