Title: Scope rings for old pumpmaster

I'd like to mount a scope on my 1970 Crosman 1400 .22 multiple pump.  It has no dovetails.  Is there some kind of a clamp supporting dovetail mounts that can be clamped on my Crosman 1400?

 The optimal choice is to have it dovetailed. Mac-1 can do it and there may be others. The original Crosman clamp-on mount (#499 IIRC) is NOT a good choice as they are made of soft sheet metal which deforms rather than holding securely.

  Have Mac-1 or a Gun smith drill and tap the barrel to accept a "' Bolt on '" dovetail or picatinny rail... Good Luck Sam. ;)

Looks like more than I care to undertake. I'll limit use of the old gun to shooting beer cans at 35'.
