Hi guys, hopefully someone could help me with O-ring sizes for my .30 cal Warp, especially the two on the outside of the barrel that go into the breach. Those things are a bear everytime I remove the barrel they get damaged and I cant find any that fit from a standard kit and no good way to measure. Thanks Scott

Not sure if they are the same but on the Flex I believe they are 1/2x3/8x1/16. Hope that helps.

I have about 100 of them if you can PM me your address I'll send some.
-
For future reference though if anyone needs the info.

When removing barrels in these guns ... ALWAYS push barrel inward far as it can go and REMOVE the o-ring behind the circlip before pulling barrel out. Assemble the same way ONLY installing the forward o-ring and then installing the rear o-ring last. Done gently push the barrel back in slightly installing the washer then circlip

Thank you Dairy, PM sent,
Yep Motorhead I learned that a long time ago
But mine still get snagged on the receiver edges, just too sharp on mine i guess. Good advice though thank you, and Shawn too.

Hi Scott,
O.K. Just learning this little beast. The barrels have a triangle piece that locates the barrel port relative to the breech. That would preclude extending the barrel into the breach area. So I must assume that we drill al hole in the receiver that allows us to release the set screw retainer on the Triangle locator? It reacts against the rotational force generated when you tension the barrel relative to the breech.
Thanks!

The barrel index piece ( Triangle ) is attached on the barrel with some setback, so one can move the barrel reward 3/16-1/4" or so.
This is WHY the receiver has such a deep pocket for the locating piece. Once washer and cir-clip are on and barrel is pulled in tight the end of triangle typically extends beyond the receiver pocket a bit as well.

O.K. Got it, that is the next area of attention.

Thanks for the tip Scott. Going to be taking mine apart when the slower twist, 3-groove barrel gets made and that should save me some headache…:)
cheers,

Little late to the pary but can't go wrong with what motorhead days.just make sure the triangle alignment black stays tight good to check it when apart

Man my fat fingers are having trouble typing. I was recently made aware that there should be a bevel at the front of the receiver to allow the front O ring slide in better. Mine missed that part during the building I guess, so I will fix it with some careful dremel work myself.
