30 weight silicone oil. Available in hobby shops for RC models as shock oil. Many examples on amazon, here is one of them:

I went looking in my stuff and found some plumbers silicone and 50 weight shock oil(no clue)....will any of that work...thanks

I have used the plumbers silicone grease before and it works. Very viscous though, so it takes a while to get it to spread through the pump. If the 50 wt oil is actually silicone, that might do better though - but I would not use it if you can't verify that it is pure silicone oil.

i've read that silicone grease on hand pumps can cause them to need more force to operate . FWIU %100 silicone oil is best on moving o-rings and use grease on static rings .
i ordered a bottle of "Team Losi Racing 74023 Silicone Shock Oil 30 Wt 4 Oz" from walmart . for less than $10 shipped .
