I picked up a Sightron SI 4-12X40 AO FT MOA 20 reticle at Graf&Son for $159.95.
This scope was made for air guns and the reticle for field target.
Regular price is $209.
Lowest price for this scope anywhere.

Wow! I looked at some reviews. Looks like a real nice scope for the money. I couldn't find anything about it springer rated or not.

I don't think they claim it to be but with the life time warranty I wouldn't worry and also this is one Hector M. has had some input in I believe but not sure since they also offer the SIII model with side focus and is air gun rated but also almost 10 times the price. I would put it up against the Chinese brands and besides it is an american owned company.
I do know they don't recommend the other SI scopes for air gun use since I have asked them ( mil dot and multi X ). I was going to buy a used SI with the Mil dot reticle and asked them if it was spring rated and they said no but this one I do believe has the etched glass reticle since it normally list for more ($50) then the others in the same model.

I been had one due to HM recommendation and it sits in my 54. Honestly it is pretty clear, it goes where it supposed to when clicking and its front AO markings are pretty dead on FWIW

Take a look at the prices on the Nikon scopes and others. https://www.grafs.com/retail/catalog/category/categoryId/4308? (https://www.grafs.com/retail/catalog/category/categoryId/4308?)

Are these Nikons airgun rates? They do not appear to have AO

The reason I mentioned Nikon specifically is because the company is going out of business. The stock on hand is the last you will see. There was a thread on this Forum a while back about this subject.
