Title: Brocock Elite Contour S6 .22

Hi guys, haven't been on for quite a while but need some brain power and figured this was the place. I did a search and didn't find anything on here related to the Brocock Contour. I have a problem with air leaking out the barrel.

My warranty has expired so I hope to fix this myself. I figure there is trash sticking the hammer valve or an O'ring has failed. I have searched Youtube and there is very little about this rifle showing this type of repair. I have watched a couple videos about the Concept rifle but none on the Contour.

Anybody have experience disassembling this action?

OK. I have disassembled the rifle to the point only the reg/hammer valve is left to take out. Tapping doesn't seem to move it...bummer...

OK. All screws removed holding the valve into the tube. Polish the inside of the tube with fine sand paper to knock off and burrs. Clean tube out and spray inside with silicon. Secure tube and drive valve out with wooden dowel.

Disassemble valve, clean and replace seals. Reassemble and reinstall valve. Reassemble gun, charge from scuba tank, life is good...
