Is there a source to buy the 30 thousands trigger spacer for installing the Marauder trigger on a 2260/Discovery ?
-
Go to a hobby store and buy a sheet of .030" poly sheet and cut it out and put in the holes where needed. Once tightened down it will bend into the contour of the tube / receiver.
-
Do you already have the M-Rod trigger?

Better yet !!

I have placed a WTB ad . Would any one who has one not on a gun be willing to use it to draw me a template on paper so I can try and make one if no one has one they want to sell ? Thanks Dan

What hammer are you planning for? I had sear drag with mrod trigger with prod hammer, but none with a disco hammer. It is easy to make a template with the trigger if you need the spacer.

I like giving Joseph the business at DiscosRus. Very inexpensive and he is a long time member here. ;)

I have emailed him a couple weeks ago but no reply . I have bought several items from DiscosRus over the years but no luck on last 2-3 requests . I was told he is not doing much with DiscosRus these days but really have no first hand knowledge . I will be using it to put a Mrod/ch2009 trigger on a Don Cothran SS Tube

I found a new one thanks for the help .

Hi Dan,
Glad to hear you were able to find one, can you let me know what email address you went through to contact me,
I've been working on the site and contact setups and want to make sure it didn't get filtered out by spam
or misdirected somehow.
My apologies for the inconvenience and I'll try and sort out what may have caused it.
I am extremely busy working right now but am still working on some new things for Discos R Us.
Best Regards,
Joe

If I remember right I used the email from the DiscosRus site . I ask if you had the Marauder Trigger with spacer and Metal trigger guard the complete set in stock . I am still interested in the complete set if you have it and I will just put the spacer I bought today up for future use . Would you please send me the email address you would prefer I use . Thanks Farmer Joe

Ok, I'll run some tests on the spam filter and see what I can find,
you can reach me at joe@discosrus.net
And we now have all the trigger options in stock and more on the way in prep for the holidays.
Thanks,
Joe

If it's a question of time (I want it now) or sometimes cash, or you just like to make your own stuff, a white clorox bottle is the right thickness and easy to work with. I made mine about a year ago and it's still working fine. Just cut it out to match the trigger. Some of the folks here say you may not need a spacer at all. Good luck in whatever you do.

I bought one from a GTA member but I think I will use it as a template to make one from a Clorox bottle . My question is do I need to empty the Clorox bottle first ?
-
I Use a milk jug and I can drink it with snickerdoodle cookies while I cut them out.LOL Sharpie the edges and nobody will even know where the cookies and milk went. Aint got no milk or cookies left but I got a bunch of spacers. cave

LOL...
Oh gosh, I hope you were kidding.
Yes, you should use an empty one.
I have taken empty bourbon bottles back complaining there was a hole in the top.
So far it hasn't been successful.

In the interest of safety, yes, use an empty clorox bottle. Or truthfully, empty any bottle you use. It could be poison or even worse, sticky.
