Title: Burris fastfire

Has anyone tried the burris fastfire dot sight on a springer. Thinking about getting TX200 hc and putting burris fastfire on it to keep it light.

I’ve tried it just for kicks in an HW80 . It sat too low with a slim picatinny to dovetail adapter . I’m sure if I would have used a higher mount it would have worked better . I’m not sure if they are springer rated but with them designed primarily for semi auto pistols I’m sure it would be fine .

i have the FFII on....
a colt CM 1911
a NCO A1 1911

the FFIII on
a ruger 22/45
a glock G22
a romainian sks
a excalibur matrix 380 crossbow

with the bam & slam of the 1911's, and the twang of the excalibur.....
it might be ok on the springer.  :-\
