Title: Mold w/ Handles Storage Ideas?
Post by: Loren on November 06, 2019, 09:39:00 PM
I'm looking for ideas for storing molds with handles installed which ia roughly 14" x 2" x 2"  I have been looking for stackable plastic bins, but not found anything that is long enough and not overly deep.  I'm thinking one layer of molds, not stacking them.  Open to ideas others are using.

Loren if you have the Family dollar stores there they might have a good assortment of plastic containers, I have a few that I bought there and for the price they're well worth it.  Here they have all different sizes and shapes of them too and it's a good possibility that one of them would work well for just what you're looking for ???

I use a 24 pocket canvas hanging shoe organizer. so my casting and other tools are quickly accessible.

I searched our local Menard's which has a huge selection of plastic totes and didn't find anything that really fit the size with being overly large.

The canvas hanging shoe organizer is really a great idea. I like that better than stacking totes and I can hang it from the end of my casting bench and will not have to go search through totes for a mold.  Thanks for the idea!!!
