That's great news for sure !!! It's neat that they'll also be getting parts for them too.
-
Cool,
Evanix deserves a dealer that can really take care of them.
-
I don’t want to be a downer here but , didn’t JSAR have them , also Pyramid air , airgun depot , topgun airguns , airgun warehouse and a few others . None of them have any guns or parts . Like I’ve said before great guns but man their support in North America is the absolute worst .

They have and have had dealers that took good care of them. Issue is, they won't take care of their dealers. Everyone is fed up with them.
Looks like they are gonna go thru another one to let down! >:(
I have written Evanix to order parts until I'm blue in the face.
I have always been courteous, and business like. Not one response. Ever!
and most here know how much I praised their products, adn how much I have experimented and accomplished with them. A real letdown!!!

Yup, Evanix, in my opinion, could care less about it's customers. I had a broke pin on my Airspeed. Contacted Evanix, they (Mr Lee) sent me a quote of , I'm guessing now, around $5 for the part, and around $40 shipping !!!! Travis a JSAR, sent me one for free!

if everyone closely checks it out Rick is actually going to be running EVANIX USA, and will be the supply source for dealers not just a dealer himself, a great move forward i believe
IMO GAMO and DAISY should get involved and pick up a few more evanix re-brands for their line-up

That will be great as long as there is an inventory of parts. So far I have been lucky in that my two Evanix have been holding up.

So far the only MFG that I've dealt with for buy parts (except for Crosman) was SPA, the shipping is pricey but the parts are unbelievably inexpensive. Crosman is impossible to beat in customer service though. SPA will NOT sell stocks or barrels though whereas you can buy barrels from Crosman all day long.

Uh Hu, I'll believe it when I see it. Evanix has screw ever lealer thy have. Including the Big boys. No parts, direct shipping fo a simple 5 dollar part, + 40 dollar shipping. Airgun Depot cant get parts. Pyramyd cant get parts, UK airgun spares can't get parts, Kral can't get parts, adn the most recent, JSAR can't get parts. Evanix promised the moon, but delivers nada after the initial shipments. As you said, current models. No parts for Rainstorm, Rainstorm II, Windy City, You name it. If it isn't semi auto, or big bore, forget it. They are totally not interested in keeping customers in the US. They claim the US Market is too small. Really, Seems the UK market is too small to supply. The Euro market is too small as well. Humm, Just what is a big market? I have written Evanix many times looking for support. I am always courteous, and business ike. Never, and I mean NEVER a reply what so ever. Nada, zilch, none! I pushed for JSAR to become a dealer for them. They treated them i the same unprofessional way as they have treated everyone else. I am sorry I ever got involved. Good Luck Rick, your gonna need it. I'm fed up with them.

Michael I would probably never buy one until I see other people actually purchasing some parts for the guns that need them.
What's a person to do if they can't get their gun fixed ??? Once upon a time any product that was sold here in the U.S. required
that parts be available for no less than 10 years after they stopped making it. Things have changed through the years.

I think I understand Manny's "fire sale" now... (running and ducking for cover... LOL!)

Even if we could get parts, the quality is a bit questionable. When my Blizzard chipped it's firing valve seal I managed to get a new valve from local dealer, the tip of that mushroomed after few shots - valve got stuck, stem snapped and I got a valve dump. I haven't had much confidence in Evanix valves after that so I made my own valves for my Evanixes. The sear and hammer in my X2 are way too soft showing bad wear marks after few hundred shots, bent sidelever in Blizzard etc. - again more parts to DIY if I want those guns to work. Unless they up their quality the value of parts availability is not much.

Been shooting Evanix for over a decade now, never really needed parts and if you really need any Will Piatt makes them.
About 6-7 years ago I had Will Piatt make me a kit,.....Valves, O-rings and parts I might need to keep the guns running,
Guess what,
I haven't yet opened that Kit ;D ;D ;D ....will sell it in his entirety once I moved from Evanix guns to Sumatras.

I only have two and never had any problems and they seem to hold air forever.

Best of luck to him. My one go with evanix was the airspeed and I was incredibly excited about it until I started shooting it. Maybe 200 pellets through it of various kinds, many jams, bolt getting stuck on the sear as the sear was soft and caught the hammer, poor accuracy, many things very disappointed with it. Lost my @ss on it, sold some parts off it and trashed the rest. A real shame as I was very interested in a Windy City but with basically a loss of over $1000 on that POS no more Evanix for me. Never regretted buying a gun before until that one.

Dillon, how you liking that Kral?

Lovin it Mike! It's a laser with the JSB Hades. Taken quite a few dove and pigeons already with it.
