This is a full and complete review of the Gamo Magnum in .22 Caliber. This has the IGT Mach-1 gas piston, the C.A.T. Trigger and their RRR scope rail.  I provide you an unbiased detailed review and will show you the performance. Which one should you own the Magnum or the Magnum Swarm? Great Review John !      Wow ...now that's a gun I could go for.

I like this one better than the swarm version.
I live in a cold climate and I hunt in winter months.
I am wondering how well the magazine on the swarm version would preform if it was subjected to ice, snow & -20F.
Simpler is better where I live.

I have noticed your air gun reviews for Mike Melick and Flying Dragon Airr Rifles are not on GTA. How come?

donnyfl offers a 1/2-20 mod adapter which helps with the noise and cutting and recrowning the barrel helped my groupings.

I just got the Gamo Magnum GR .22 and am VERY DISAPPOINTED in the lack of quality.
1: plastic barrel with thin metal liner.
2: plastic breech with metal liner.
3:plastic barrel to breech latch.

All 3 of these are huge red flags.  I was a fan of Gamo until this.

BAD MOVE GAMO.  BAD BAD BAD MOVE!!
