i just put a peep on my new to me 392 and its great but needs a little mod. the front blade (to me) is horrible needs definition on the tip. like a brass bead or something. any suggestions or ideas? my only thought was to grind (flaten) the factory blade and attach (glue, screw) a brass cylindrical bead on top.?

I'm not sure, but the blade may already be brass like the barrel. What about stripping the paint and polishing the brass? Seems like that would be the easiest, or atleast first option.

Richard this isn't the benji i was asking you about, this is one i bought a couple weeks ago. i decided against the other one, saving for another pcp (semi).
thanks Jawbreaker 38 for the sight idea. that worked out really good. at least in my eyes. ;D i included some pics of before and after and of the gun. hard to see it from an iphone but outside with a little light it looks like a bead. Sweet! ;D took all of 10 minutes to sand it down and shine it up. thanks again. thats why i love this place somebody always has a good idea. ;D
any suggestions on how to match up the finish on the wood better. the fore arm has a semi gloss stain like finish
while the stock is a natural wood oil like finish. i prefer the stock in natural form. i'm thinking just sand it down and oil it down? suggestions on this?

I found some great fiber optic material it,s a flexible optic that can even be tied it to a knot. Very bright will just a small piece almost looks like it,s lit up. you buy by the foot cost is 3.89 per foot four colors to choose from an three sizes I would get the biggest cause it,s a tiny wire I got the middle size an it works greats but a little bigger would have been better. you glue it on top of post the place to buy it is lancaster archery It called ultra super flex fiber optic. order no 5600005. sizes are 0.10 0.19 0.29 get the biggest. put it on my p-17 a works great i,m also going to put in the 392 an a few others. very easy see to see front sight and not some big fat dot.

Gonna try this brass tip in real world situations 1st. I do have some fiver optic material on hand. That will be 2nd resort. If the brass tip doesn't do it for me. ;D

That actually look's pretty slick Chad, think I might give it a go on one of mine. That Jessie(Jawbreaker 38) is a darn smart cookie ain't he.
