I looked at the PyramidAir compare.
R9 trigger pull is 2.1 lbs & the R7 is 1.25 lbs.
If they have the same Rekord trigger, why is there a difference in trigger pulls?
-
my guess would be tension from the mainspring. the trigger in the R9 is holding back a bit more than the R7
-
It could also be the adjustment for the weight of trigger pull (the large screw behind the trigger)....

Sounds like the correct answer to me. Thanks for the replies.
Since the trigger pull is adjustable, I think they should give the range of trigger pull adjustment in pounds. This would be helpful in choosing & comparing trigger pulls.

Those triggers can be adjusted in 2 places, their is an adjustment for the second stage all by itself under the trigger guard! and these triggers can be adjusted to a very light pull weight in no matter what HW gun you have! :P

Where is the other trigger pull adjustment?

Just got my R9 today. All I gotta say is wow, that trigger is head and shoulders above the trigger on my benjamin discovery!
