It's high time for another Sunday chat & catch-up on The Airgun Tinker!

I love what you are trying to do with your walker. I am currently in a vocational rehab Assistive technology program at my university. Have you tried clamping your shooting stick to the OUTSIDE of one of the front Walker post wheeled legs with 2 air hose clamps, rather than attempting to secure it to the middle of the walker where there is no support? It could provide more stability for you while you are shooting because you are shooting at a side angle, within your walker, minimizing the possibility that you could fall straight backward without a walker to support you while you shoot. If the shooting stick is positioned high enough, it could allow you to shoot one-handed while holding on to the walker. In addition, it could possibly eliminate the need for welding anything onto your walker. It would create a very stable shooting platform, and the other front side post leg could hold a rifle scabbard. :D

If I put it back on the right side where it was, it'll make shooting left difficult. And with the trigger stick in that golf tube scabbard, the trigger stick can go up and down. and left and right equally mounted in the center. I just need to make some brackets to clamp on the center rails to steady it. Most of the legs turn when you fold it, except for the area the center rails attach to them.

Hmm, how about if you use PVC pipes for the centered scabbard, brackets and support beams? Create a unit that can slide on and be clamped with hinged PVC wrapped around the walker posts and secured with velcro straps. Designed to be easily removed off the walker and foldable? Camo it all of course... ;)
I have access to an Assistive technology specialist at a hospital here in San Diego. His occupation is to help people devise AT solutions for everyday living. He is like a Macgyver, this is right up his alley. With your permission, I would like to see what he would design?
Ok, now Im on a roll (LOL)... how about if it had hinged PVC piping to the scabbard that would fold out and adjust the height to the ground so that you could step on its small 3"x3" platform and secure and steady the walker and shooting stick? Also, Then attach a pellet pouch and pellet pen to the unit...

Yeah. Let him take a look at it & see what he says. I can even use hinges and steel strap to make something like what you're describing? Or aluminum equivalent to keep the weight down. I also want the dual wheels on the back. And with longer axles to use front wheels for a lawnmower all around to widen the track. It will be less prone to sink into the softer ground out in the fields.

Hmm, how about if we modded a shooting stick on one of those 4 wheel walkers called a rollator that comes with the handbrakes and the seat? They have larger wheels, built stronger, and the handbrakes and seat can be used to support you while shooting...
(sorry, I can't post links yet)
Update: The 4 wheelers Rollators have upper and lower support bars that can be used to attach the shooting stick. Some come with a handbrake lock to secure the walker in place while stationary so that would help stabilize the walker while shooting. I will be discussing your situation with my professor tonight and reaching out to the AT specialist. I will report back tomorrow.

Ok, so my professor is in agreement that your current walker is unsuitable for any outside natural terrain, and agreed that a Rollator is a more rugged platform for your activities. I saw one on my local craigslist and will purchase it as my gift to you. I am contacting my person at the hospital to see if he will mod it for us. Please PM me your info so that we can e-mail in private. I may have him get in touch with you directly.
My professor informed me of a class project that was done several years ago where they built a shooting sling to help the client shoot his rifle. That technology may be applicable to us.
