It's big, heavy, loud and cheap.

Great price, but there are none available! I was looking at them a week or so ago when they had 12% off refurbs, but they were all out then too...

When I posted this, they were out of .22 but had .177 and .25 in stock. At least that's what the site said.
But I just tried to put one in the cart and they now say out of stock on all calibers. Sorry boys, false alarm. I meant well.

That type of stock error happens frequently on the Hatsan site. I've attempted to add "in stock" items to my cart many times over the last year or so and received the same
"You cannot add that amount of "?_____________________?" to the cart because there is not enough stock (0 remaining).
If their web-meister has not properly linked an item to actual stock on hand, several odd things can happen. Sometimes the little quantity meter can be scrolled up to 999+? and you will get the "not enough stock" error for any quantity you attempt to check-out with. Other times a specific quantity remaining will be displayed, but the cart error still shows up. I believe this is just a case of poor website maintenance. It is annoying, but it won't stop me from buying from Hatsan when the checkout process works correctly.

Last week there was a 12% off of Hatsan refurbs code so I gave them a look. I had previously purchased a like new refurb Flash .22 for a friend. It has been an outstanding gun. They had a Airmax wood for 399, minus 12% brought it down to near $350 so I put one in my cart. I kept looking for what I couldn't live without but did not find anything. So, I went to my cart to pay and there was no gun, out of stock, grrrr. "dang", missed it, I was bummed. It asked if I wanted to be put on the contact list for when they were back in stock so I did. It was a short sale but two days later I received an in stock email. I put it in my cart but the 12OFF did not work, expired.
I emailed Hatsan, explaining what happened, and expressed my dissapointment......next morning Hatsan sent me a note, apologizing for the mix up along with an invoice with the extra $48 price reduction.
Needless to say, a $352 dollar refurb Airmax will arrive Monday.
