Looks like the gun is vintage 1959. Scope and mount is probably the same. The mounts are cool. I'd offer him much less than he's asking. Probably about a $100.00 for a decent 12 pump rebuild from Mac-1. dave

The scope is a Weaver V model? with their "N" mount for that scope, it is either a 3/4" or 7/8" scope,
the bbl mounts appear to be the same has the 459/B272 alum mounts out now,
only these appear to be made out of brass?

My best SWAG.........

The scope is a Weaver C series, a C4 or C6.  3/4" steel tube, economy scope but rugged, made well into the 60s.  That one is trashed, busted adjustment turrets and a lot of rust.  The rifle is likely in usable condition but the starting bid is high, in my opinion.  I'd give 50 or 60 for it.

Those Benjamin scope blocks are a lot more solid that the similar looking MT459 Crosman mounts made today.  They grip the barrel quite tightly.  The 31x and 34x rifles had different diameter barrels, so there were two different size mounts made.  Here is a 342 I refinished wearing a set:

On second thought, 80 bucks isn't to out of line for that gun.  Those mounts are hard to find, they should be worth at least 20 by themselves.

Here is a page with several of these "tip off mounts" and scopes.

I made a mistake that scope mount is a Weaver tip-off for those 22 type of scopes. ;)
