I just wanted to share my experience with ATN over the past few months because it has gone well beyond anything I could have ever imagined and I think others should know there are great companies out there that will and do go above and well beyond!  It started when I purchased their X-Sight 4K Pro 3-14X NV scope.  After a couple months, the IR Lamp that came with it died.  I sent an e-mail to ATN and they promptly sent me a replacement, free of charge, no questions asked.  My next encounter was after the purchase of their BinoX HD binoculars from Amazon.  Shortly after getting them, they developed a flicker so I contacted Amazon about a replacement.  Since they were sold by ATN through Amazon, the Amazon Rep got me on the phone with a CS Rep from ATN.  Within the hour, I have a prepaid return label for the defective pair and a FedEx shipping notification for the replacement BinoX they were overnighting me!

My latest encounter has by far been the best.  Working with Milen (pronounced My-lin) due to my X-TRAC remote no longer pairing with the scope.  After some troubleshoot, Milen ordered a replacement remote and said it would be sent right out.  During the e-mail exchanges with Milen, I noticed a banner in her signature line about getting free product for posting a review on Amazon.  So, since I have had nothing but positive experiences with ATN, I posted a 4 star review for the scope and a 5 star review for the BinoX.  I asked Milen if I should send the links to the reviews to her and she said yes.  The next day I received and e-mail with a choice of 5 different items to choose from.  I was expecting maybe a ATN Ball Cap or T-Shirt, but, no, these were expensive items!  Since I submitted 2 reviews, Milen told me to choose 2 items, so I have a new SuperNova IR Lamp and the External Battery backup for the Scope.  This all shipped with the replacement X-TRAC Remote!

Since Milen was so helpful and generous, I reached back out to her because I was considering purchasing one of the refurbished X-Sight II HD 5-20X scopes they are currently offering.  She responded stating they were an exceptional value and were backed by the same 2 year warranty as their new scopes.  Through the exchange, I had placed an order.  Yesterday Milen e-mailed me and asked which scope I had ordered, I sent her a copy of my e-mail confirmation last night.  Today I received a call from Milen.  She told me she had checked on my order and noticed the order was for the 3-14X scope not the 5-20X model.  She proceeded to cancel that order for me (I’ve already received the refund notice from PayPal), placed a new order for the correct model, knocked $100 off the price and threw in an IR850 Pro Illuminator for free!  I have received the invoice for this order as well, and the invoice lists an ATN Ball Cap with the rest of the stuff!  LOL!  She says ATN really appreciates their loyal customers and wants to treat them right!  I have to say, I am absolutely blown away by how I have been treated by ATN and wanted to share this with the GTA community!  If you are a current owner of an ATN Product and need any help or want to purchase another, I highly recommend you contact Milen at ATN and ask her to help you out!  I don’t think you’ll be disappointed!  PM me if you want her e-mail address and/or phone number.
