I have to say that the service at Mundilar is the best I've ever experienced. Granted the shipping was 20 dollars more than Krale and took 5 days instead of 2 or 3 but these guys took pictures of the rifle to make sure it met my approval and then they did the same thing with a Hw95 Luxus. Then they sold me the stock from that gun so I didn't have to wait months for it to come special order from Weihrauch. Also my package was opened by customs so that may have delayed shipping a bit. Luckily it was carefully repacked and arrived undamaged. All in all, I'm very impressed with Mundilar. First class service. I would recommend them whole heartedly.

Good news. :D Awhile ago it took weeks a weeks to order from them. :-\
Did they send you a tracking number so you could see where the bottle necks are?

They did send a tracking number but it was delivered early on the 17th and doesn't show up as delivered yet. Weird. Don't know what happened, just happy I got it as quick as I did and in excellent condition. It's taken longer than that to get the wrong stuff >:( from PA or anything from AoA. ???

I just put the 4-12x40 Airmax you recommended on it today. I test shot it without touching a screw and with H&N FTT 8.64 it was adjusted in 4 shots and the next 6 shots went through a single ragged hole. Nice gun, it shoots softer than the chronograph would normally suggest. In fact the first shot felt so under powered I thought they sent me a UK version.

That's great to hear! That model of HAWKE really is, IMO, the perfect length and size scope.......

It better be it's married to this gun. I scuffed the finish on the brand new scope. I accidentally rolled the scope in its mounts trying to adjust the AO while setting the eye relief. Ugh. I can be a big dummy :( luckily its not severe and the rings cover most of the marring. There's nothing like damaging a brand new piece out of impatient stupidity.
