Has anyone here ordered from waffencenter-gotha?
They have a stock for my Ijevsk IJ22 that I might want to purchase, but the whole checkout procedure is in German and I can't find an English format on their site.

Thanks Jürgen - I did get that far, and also far enough to see the €30 shipping charge!! That's pretty much what stopped me from going any further, just in case there was a lower shipping cost.
I guess I'll have to bite the pellet and give it a try. €30 is still less than the supplies I'd need to refinish my existing stock.

Order more stuff from them. Often their pellet prices are much better than PA or AofA.

The Euro is at an all time low, at least as much as I've been following it lately.
€1 = $1.12
Last time I was over there it was $1.53.
I just added a tin of pellets to see if the shipping changed. It did not.

In 2015 I had bought some replacement parts for my springers from Gotha. The shipment was fast, everything packed and labeled well. No idea how that is these days.

Shipping cost to the USA are high here. e.g. from the Netherlands to the USA with PostNL the cost are 24,30Euro for a parcel max. 2 kilogram and 34,30euro for max. 5 kilogram. You can compaire that with what Gotha charges.

Thanks for that info. So far it has stayed at €30, but all I've added is one tin of pellets. In addition to the stock that I want, I'm trying to add low-weight items. (I know, pellets are not light, but...). :D

Maybe a group buy would help to get the shipping cost more to your liking.
I saw a muzzle weight for a Diana 52 I would like for my 48 to replace the front sight.

Rodger - Send me the link to that muzzle weight. I think I found it but want to make sure. Just for kicks I added this item (https://www.waffencenter-gotha.de/shop/Laufgewichte-Adapter/Laufgewicht-individueller-Laufdurchmesser::1952.html) to my Warenkorb (which already contained the IJ22 stock) and the shipping was still €30.

I emailed them about some parts for one of my FWB 300s and they replied in English so they do have someone that speaks English and she was very helpful with my order and responded within one days time. Likely as fast as possible considering the time zone differences. I say go for it.

Did they change their shipping policies? Last time I tried ordering parts from them, they said they don't ship to the States...

It shows up as a shipping location on the drop down at checkout. Shows the US rate at €30 (so far, for my cart).

Of course they ship to the States after completing my build ::) I guess keep us posted on whether or not you get the parts/work you need. If they do ship to the States, I guess I'll squirrel them away for future use.

It will be a few weeks before I order. I just spent my monthly airgun money on another D34 (1987). :D

Dietmar Strom was big German Tech who came to my Plant with 3 others to assemble a 3000 metric tonne IMM. (Twice so 6 months total)
I am 6' tall and Dietmar TOWERED over me....Imagine the Dude from Raiders of the Lost Ark.
He taught me more German than my Grand-parents (Shultz / Gehring decent)
Every morning I would say "Guten Morgen mein Freund" and hold out my hand to shake his.
His massive mit with bratwurst fingers would choke back and grab my fingers and squeeze.
"Guten Morgen Scott.. Ha Ha HA!" was always his reply as I fell to my knees.

Why do you say that? The other big German airgun sight does not ship to the US.
Nobody from the UK will ship an assembled airgun. Even Krale will not now ship LDC's to US.

That looks like the same barrel weight they list for the D48.

That is the full address, if it doesn't work look on their home page and on the left is a list of all the manufactures they have parts for and you just click on Diana and all the models will come up and just scroll down to the model you want click on it and all the parts for that model will come up.

I have. Ordered FWB 300S original parts. Sent them 2 Emails. One in English and one in German using a translator. Not a problem. great price, great parts and fast shipping.

So I placed my order, struggled through the checkout with some help from Google Translate and completed the order...except
They apparently have two ways of paying. One is through an EU banking transfer system, the other is to send them the money by direct transfer from your bank here in the US. Problem is, their bank codes are different than ours, i.e. routing numbers and such. I sent them an email to which they replied with the same bank info I had from the sales invoice. I guess now I have to take that info to my bank and let them figure it out. Apparently they don't have a way to pay by credit card.
Will update on how that goes.
For those of you here in the US that have placed orders with them, how did you pay?

I have bought quite a lot from them. Always an interbank transfer. Transfer adds $35 to the cost of the whole operation.
There are different muzzle weights because there are two barrel diameters (16 and 15 mm's) and two different depths to which the shim and the sleeve have to go into the cavity in the MW.
The MW's are pure steel, HEAVY, and are not easily worked on, having been "parkerized" the surface is as hard as ceramic. You need carbide tools to modify them.
So, make sure that you get the one you will be able to use.
IMHE, those MW are too heavy and create more harmonics than they solve. But that is JMHO.
My latest purchase from them was a Tyrolean stock for a fantastic 65 I found.
Last comment is that the ones that will not send to the US is Waffen Schneider. Waffen Gotha has always shipped to the US.
I may be placing an order for Walther seals soon. Drop me a line if you need help.

Thanks Hector. I just came from the bank (Chase Bank). The transfer fee was $50. That's the last time I will ever buy from them. I would have cancelled the order but I wanted that IJ22 stock.
Big (expensive) lesson learned there.

2nd was Ray Apelles, 3rd Veteran at the World's and among the Top Ten
Leo Gonzales, who placed 4th at the World's ended in 5th
Nathan Thomas, that placed 13th at the World's ended 4th, so, clearly not an easy course.
I skunked a lane by getting frustrated, but after some serious introspection, I regained my rythm and composure.
Got a very nice Cup and a SIG-Sauer ASP 20, which I'll be testing thoroughly.
Overall, an excellent event. Lot of fun and got a ton of work done.

The mental game is always the hardest to master and not allow it to interfere when shooting in a competition, at least that is what I found when shooting in pistol matches.

I've never shot in competition, but I can imagine. I have a hard enough time being an amateur (by myself) in my back yard, LOL.

Update on my recent order with waffencenter-gotha.
I received two emails from them today, both all in German. Using my Google translator it appears that they have the funds, although all it really says is thank you for your payment. the other email translate to an invoice, so I'm assuming that they have acknowledged payment and will be sending my items.
I'll have to just wait and see what happens next. ???
