Title: NOE Moving Sale
Post by: rsterne on August 21, 2019, 06:20:35 PM
NOE are moving to a new manufacturing and sales facility, and currently have all their .30 cal and smaller moulds on sale at 15% off to help reduce inventory prior to the move.... Prices in red on the website reflect the sale price....  8)

I just ordered the 250-22-WC-CD1 2 cavity HB Target Pellet mold, I'll be using it mainly for my Xisisco .25 prototype because the power on that gun can be adjusted very easily.  I'm thinking that would make it good for shooting many shots on a charge plus hopefully being fairly accurate as well.  I already have a .25 that's good for the heavier pellets that will shoot 26 grain Hunters well over 1000fps and also the heavy Magnum hunters well over 900fps.  I've had my eye on that mold forever I just couldn't turn down this deal.

Wish you had expressed you were interested in getting this mould earlier. I would have sold you mine lol.

Michael the one that I really want is the .217 wad cutter but NOE hasn't made any yet.  Being I'm in the $1K club at NOE I was also able to add another 10% discount on the of the 15%, it's probably the most inexpensive mold that I've purchased from them because I got it in aluminum.

Shesh, looked and there's nothing I need but those sure are good prices.
Just counted and I have 19 NOE molds but most were bought full price, "missed it by that much" haha. (Bought a bunch of molds THEN got the $1000 Club discount later, sigh)

Wayne, Is this the WC you where waiting for and did you get the sale price plus your $1000 Club discount?
Looks like a nice asset to your large collection on NOE molds.

Bob they've had these molds in stock for a while now, the one that I really want is the .217 wad cutter but they haven't made any yet.  I've been up in the air about buying the .250 wad cutter for a while now but when I seen the sale at 15% off I figured I'd go for it being in the 1K club I got a 25% discount. I'll try them first at about 700fps @ 30 yards with my Xisico Sentry 25 to see how well they do.  I don't expect much over 30 yards from them because of being a wad cutter but it'll be interesting just to see how well they shoot.  I might try them in the DAR25 just to see how they work at high velocity but I don't expect much accuracy that way.

Sounds like a good plan and it looks like that WC will have a lot of SMACK on those litter critters.

I am tempted to get the WC mold my self. I would need to turn the mrod down for them I dont think they will do well at 1000+ fps.
