This is just fun picture of what the Benjamin Destroyer looks like after hitting some apples @30 yards when leaving the barrel at 1020fps.
This ties into a post from 2016 of a pesting event where I used these pellets with great success on rats. https://www.gatewaytoairguns.org/GTA/index.php?topic=114536.msg1099312#msg1099312 (https://www.gatewaytoairguns.org/GTA/index.php?topic=114536.msg1099312#msg1099312)
Here is the portion of the post for back story that is being referenced today.
Post from 2016
I had tested the pellets the day before and found they shoot very close to the crosman 14.3 HP pellets. My setup shoots the CHP around 800fsp and I'm thinking these are close to the same. I tested by shooting into some apples at 30 yards. One of the pellets made it through both apples and hit a cardboard target and bounced off, the other made it through one apple and came to rest about 3/4 in the one behind it. These pellets are maybe not quite as accurate as the CHP ( which are very accurate), haven't had a chance to really test that yet.
The pellet in the middle is what they look like before being shot and the two on the sides are ones recovered from the apples.

Update 2019
Back in that post I had my original 24" .22 Discovery barrel which shot the Destroyers fairly well out to 40 yards. When I installed a new 20" barrel, those same Destroyers shot terrible, flyers everywhere. That was at 750fps.
I have that same gun with 20" barrel tuned to shoot 18.52 grain Hunter Extremes avg of 890fps. I decided for fun to try the .22 Destroyers again and they are shooting @1020fps. The fun part for me, is they now shoot 3/4 to 1 inch groups @30 yards. I decided to do the same test as before with the apples and this is the pellet after I retrieved it.
Depending on distance and in live targets I'm thinking these pellets turn inside out, never been able to actually recover a pellet that way. The name of the pellet fits what happens to the target.
The sound of the pop when pellet meets target is amazing. Not a thud, pop like a champagne cork.

The old bugs bunny catchers mitt sound.
