1977-80 US Army, Armored Crewman (M60 tank) and division operations specialist, HHC 3AD Frankfurt. Mostly I drove a jeep or a 5-ton and worked radios. Spec 4 at honorable discharge in 1980.

USAF Security Police, Sgt. 87-91. Shaw AFB, Sumter, SC. Vet of 1st Gulf War, both Shield and Storm. Nothing compared to the service of our troops there now.
If they had let us finish our job the first time, we wouldn't be there now.

454 i remembered my first reeinlistment just like yesterday although it was in 1993 ;D i actually reenlisted and extended for 3 years i dont know if they give you guys a reenlistment bonus but my rating didnt get one.Good job bro your pic brought back memories ;D

Actually never wore that patch. I worked very close with army, marines and navy. I was designated Air Force until I volunteered for an assignment I did not know anything about it until the next day... hehe.. It was to late to say no...:) My step dad told me never to volunteer for nothing while in the service.. BUT who ever listens to his dad when they are 18......:)
I had collected almost a dozen patches during my stay in countries.. but could not wear any of them on uniform.

United States Marine Corps! 17 years active duty. Currently stationed at New River I work avionics on UH/AH-1 helicopters specializing in secure communication and radar and missle detection sytems. It's a fun job. Working on reenlisting again to carry me to 21 years.

USN-HSC-5 AE6, Aircrew Chief and door-gunner. Granada, Panama and Beruit Lebanon. Later I re-upped for 2yrs for Desert Storm. (that took 2yrs off my active reserve retirement time). 7 yrs & 2mos and I will be a civilian again with a pension.
