Title: RWS Diana 300 R.....

Just got my  hands on a really nice used 300 R  .177 cal.  .... don't know a thing about it... but I'm willing to dive into it...

does anyone have any insight about it...?

The 300R is similar to the 46 series but it is a repeater.

I have one also. Most important advice is to count your shots or you will dry fire (been there done that) as there is no way to see the mag and tell how many shots you have left. Not going to be a powerhouse. You may need a droop compensating mount if you decide to scope it. The scope rail is x-tra long, so the Leapers UTG type mounts will sit too far forward.

I tuned one awhile back nice shooters. As mentioned make sure the the rotary mag is seated properly. Ed

I suscribe Nathan opinion, a be careful on reload, it's not delicated, but need atention.
If you don't know how many shots have left, change the mag, and reload.
It's a very nice Diana.

I really like this rifle... but I just listed it for sale on the yellow.... only because I just don't shoot it enough to keep it.. but thanks for the infor... Dan
