anyone buy one of these? I noticed they have changed some things on these from the regular Flash.

Looks like you just get a different bolt handle and a wood stock for $80. I'm sure the internals are all the same though. I really like the Flash for the simplicity and weight. I would assume the wood version would be just as good, but with a little more weight.

I got one in 22. its mostly the same as synthetic flash except the bolt and the air tank is shorter to bring the weight back but its the same capacity. Its a very beautiful rifle i love the wood stock. very happy with it, its only .5 lb heavier so not much, and it looks so much better then the skeleton synthetic stock which was the primary complaint of the Flash, but the wood stock is one of the nicest wood stocks ive ever seen.
pyr and few other sites is already soldout of the .22's and 5left in .25 so it seems like ppl are jumping on em

What skeleton stock? I don't see no skeleton, haha!

Being that the air tank is of different size, would anyone know what size it is? would like the internal dimensions to shop for and fit a regulator.

How is it that the air tank is shorter but of the same capacity?

i think it has to be thicker, wish someone could verify this with dimensions.

Is listed as smaller(165cc's)....and they already make a 165cc tubes for the Vectius.....perhaps that's the air tube.
Won't really know until someone measures the diameter.
Would bet they didn't create a whole new tube diameter, so when you do get it, can be reasonably sure a regulator could be found.

The Wood Flash and Synthetic Flashpup use a steel cylinder, and the standard Flash/Wood Flashpup use an aluminum cylinder. The ID is different between the two, but Huma does have regulators for each different one. The steel cylinder has a larger ID and thinner walls, which is how they made them shorter while still having the same volume. The valve threading is also different between the two different cylinders. I hope that helps 😊

i can verify that the inside of the hatsan flash wood in .22 measured 1.1789 on my gun.

Hey Guys,
Has anyone has regulated the Hatsan Flash? If yes, what kind (count) of a shot string can be achieved"?
This could be in .177, .22 or .25 caliber.
- Just trying to get an idea - hopefully at least 30/35 good shots at 850 FPS in .22 cal. (23 FPE).

I've regulated them in .177 and .22. They do pretty well regulated, as long as you don't go for too much power. I think the best tune I got in .177 was 56 shots at 17-18 fpe. The best in .22 I got was 36 shots at 28-29 fpe. Keep in mind those numbers were on fully tuned guns, with the "cobra" valve mod. Still, I think the .22 should be able to easily do the 30-35 shots at 23fpe with only hammer spring adjustments needed.
